Senior Paralegal

Rachel’s role involves providing a high level of support to colleagues in dealing with all aspects of commercial purchases, sales and leases (including assignments and variations), property transactions for Charities, including transfers to Charitable Incorporated Organisations. Rachel enjoys the legal research aspect of her role and providing efficient and reliable support to colleagues and clients in a busy team. Joining Tozers in April 2023, previously working for a large regional law firm, most recently in the Agricultural team, Rachel has almost 20 years of experience working in law. Having worked in Commercial Property in the past, Rachel is excited to be given the opportunity to work in the Corporate and Commercial team, specialising in Commercial Property alongside studying for her CILEX qualification. Providing clients with a warm and friendly approach whilst proactively working towards helping them with their legal needs. In her free time Rachel enjoys going on adventures with family, indulging in good food and experimenting with art projects.
