unfortunately my husband died after a short illness, and having had the excellent services of Rachel Pullen when my mother died, I asked if she would deal with me again. Fortunately, she was available. Rachel is a very kind, knowledgeable person, and puts you at ease immediately. She is more than happy to take on all of the work, advising you at each stage, or if you want to do some yourself, she is more than happy to let you do it. It didn't matter when I contacted her, whether by telephone or email, she would respond straight away. I cannot sing her praises high enough
