I had never had a solicitor before and I am not well versed in legal talk, but from the moment Melissa spoke with me, I was completely at ease. She was very friendly and explained everything to me in a way I would understand. Melissa was quick at replying to emails also. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Melissa.

I needed legal advice during a redundancy process at work. Dealing with HR was confusing, contradictory and I wanted to know my legal position and rights. I was relieved when I spoke to Melissa on an initial enquiry call as I found it easy to talk through the issues with her, very clear about my options for next steps and also had a good legal knowledge relating to the situation. It had been a grueling process and I felt lost in the process, having Melissa to represent me gave me confidence to take action. At every stage her advice was clear, honest, friendly and easy to understand. She was very professional, kept me updated throughout and moved the process on to a speedy conclusion. She provided all the options at each stage and was upfront about outcomes and fees so I could make an informed decisions. She also managed to keep me calm and grounded throughout what was an emotionally charged period. I was happy with the settlement she negotiated and can now draw a line under the issues. I would definitley recommend using Melissa for any employment problems as it was a pleasure to work with her.
