Leah was supportive, knowledgeable and helpful from the very outset after I was placed in consultation for redundancy. When the pool of roles in consultation was questionable from my perspective, Leah helped guide me through the process and ensured my communications with the company remained focussed whilst guiding me really effectively in the correct steps to take at various parts of the process. Settlement was reached without the need for ACAS conciliation or tribunal - which is the outcome I had hoped for to allow both myself and my employer to move forwards as soon as possible. Leah was knowledgeable but also really personable and easy to engage with. I felt like I had support whenever it was needed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and the firm.
