Joanne has been unreal to work with - from our initial conversation, all the way to completion of my property purchase, she has shown tenacity and dedication to her profession. I provided her with very ambitious completion time scales and this did not deter her - she showed the drive and motivation to meet them and if it wasn’t for the seller changing our completion date, she would have met them. The key to such an amazing experience was communication- between herself and Helen, I was never questioning any part of the process. I would have regular conversations with Joanne and Hele. They would explain everything in Lehman’s terms to me so that Joanne was confident that I had a full understanding of each step of the process - this was very much appreciated as to say it is complicated is an understatement. When choosing a conveyancing solicitor, the stigma I came across is that there aren’t any good ones who will move heaven and earth for you - Joanne has proven that this stigma is incorrect! If I ever choose to purchase another property in the future, Joanne will be the only solicitor who I contact as I know that her service is immense value for money.

Too often the complaint about solicitors, and in particular when it comes to conveyancing, that they are slow, don't answer emails etc. Joanne and Helen at Aaron and Partners are the polar opposite, replies come almost immediately and they are incredibly efficient. I can't recommend them highly enough.

As with all things in modern life we weigh up cost versus delivery for services. Aaron and Partners is not wildly expensive but you can get cheaper online conveyancing that may on the face of it appear appealing until you get into the real business of property sale and purchase! I have engaged Jo Parsons from Aaron & Partners for my last three house sale and purchases and now with hindsight I would pay her double for the advice and guidance I received. Invaluable. These transactions are some of the largest and longest lasting in life and to have Jo’s expertise - pointing out issues we missed, guiding the process our side and with other solicitors - and being a tremendous support and advisor from minute one to transaction end - was incredible service and value. If you want to be sure every detail is covered and you have no conveyancing regrets I couldn’t recommend Jo more highly.
