I have more than 30 years’ experience of being involved in various aspects of Private Client work. On joining Balfour+Manson in 2018 my main area of work is now executry administration. I administer estates from start to finish, including investigation the extent of estates, preparing the paperwork necessary to enable executors to administer estate, dealing with HMRC in relation to inheritance tax and assisting our Tax Department where information is required regarding final lifetime and executry income and capital gains matters, advising on the treatment required to administer various types of assets, transferring and distributing assets, and preparing final executry accounts.
