Exceeding expectations
My recent experience with Amy Minett from Balfour Manson has exceeded expectations, swift and professional, as to be expected, but additionally a pleasure to work with & quick to respond. Having had to call upon other companies for international legal reasons, I now have a basis of comparison, and can truly appreciate the expertise and empathy that comes from working both with Amy and Balfour Manson. Execution of my mother's estate
Amy Minett provided both my brother and I with all the information that we required and explained very clearly what we needed to do and by when. She also arranged the various services we required with other specialist solicitors very efficiently.

Handling an estate
I have nothing but praise for the sympathetic and efficient way in which Amy handled my late mother's estate. Her approach, guidance and advice was efficent, friendly and clear at this distressing time and I felt supported throughout. Easy to follow and clear instructions were provided and she answered any questions in a timely fashion. Highly recommended.

Administration of my Late Father's Estate
Although probably a fairly straightforward Estate to manage, it was still one that, had I tried to do it myself, would probably have failed along the way. Relieved to have taken the advice of friends to place it in the hands of Solicitors and pleased with the way Balfour + Manson managed the process from start to finish.
