I was very pleased by the whole experience. Rowlinsons Solicitors were a pleasure to deal with, everything being carried out in a friendly and straight forward and clear manner. Emails and phone calls were all responded to on the same day. Also the costs were no more expensive than quotations from online companies, even ones that stated that they were not qualified solicitors, but were just trained in filling in the required forms.

After a very slow and unresponsive start, with Solicitor not advising they were leaving and file being passed over, Noel was placed on my file and shifted things through swiftly. After 5 and half months he got the sale and purchase complete. A breath of fresh air to deal with and very polite. A credit to the business.
