Sale and purchase of main home
It took 9 months to sell our home and purchase another, with exchange, completion and moving happening on same day, with just one weeks notice. We nearly gave up at times but stuck with it as we really needed to move. I cannot fault the service from Marrina Ward and Gibson Sols who we have used in other matters. And, for the record, it was good to use a firm who still send out hard copy documents and work from an actual office, instead of everything being done on-line and having to print out anything important yourself on a home printer.

Purchase of my house
