I have been liaising with Suzanne as I am POA for my dad. Dad has used Gibson s for decades
Suzanne was amazing. Calming my nerves during the selling if one house and the buying process of another. She is thorough and I trusted her guidance 100%
She was very thoughtful of my dad and also of me. She knew I didn't want 'to take over' per se but wanted dad to male his decisions with our help and advice. Her advice is perfect. Informative but not forceful.
I honestly highly recommend Gibsons but specifically Suzanne. I would never have got through the least year without her support.

House Purchase

House Purchase

I have used Suzanne for my house sale last year & it was a no brainier to use her for my house purchase. Suzanne negotiated delays & awkward behaviour from the vendors solicitors & an unhelpful estate agents with ease. She ensured my best interest was put forward & spent a lot of time & effort to push the sale through on the dates I required. She is a great asset to the firm.
