House purchase

As usual, buying a house threw up some unique and unexpected challenges and issues; from the first, having Adam mediating it all, making suggestions, keeping us updated, was indispensable and such a comfort. A very fine lawyer, but especially helpful to find him such a down to earth and friendly human being!

Helpful, Supportive & Trustworthy

I recently appointed Adam to support me through the conveyancing stage of a property purchase which had some technicalities around rent charges, easements and a few other things and he was supportive throughout.

His communication was good, he was always happy to explain things in Lehman’s terms on some of the technical aspects and even saved me some money (without asking) when it came to arranging the indemnity policies and additional fees from the opposing solicitors.

He has been excellent value for money and as such will be using Adam for my upcoming projects this year.

Amazing service

Marrina went above and beyond for us ensuring certain undesirable sections of our new build contract were amended. Always kept us informed and answered all of our questions (of which there was a lot) in a kind and easy to understand way. Very grateful for all the help she provided in helping us buy our new home and would 100% recommend to anyone.
