I saw Nina for initial advice regarding a home that I own in joint tenancy with someone from whom I am now estranged. She answered all of my questions and was professional but personable, knowledgeable, and clear about my options, helping me to understand how spotty UK law is around this topic. Nina also wrote up a summary of what we discussed and her suggestions for further steps, which I was not expecting but was very glad to receive after our meeting. I feel quite fortunate that my first experience with a solicitor in the UK was with Nina.
