    Efficient, Personable, Cogent, Well-versed in law

    I saw Nina for initial advice regarding a home that I own in joint tenancy with someone from whom I am now estranged. She answered all of my questions and was professional but personable, knowledgeable, and clear about my options, helping me to understand how spotty UK law is around this topic.
