Suing a solicitor who has been struck off by the SRA.

Julie has done a great job in difficult circumstances - dealing with unresponsive solicitors.

DISPUTE WITH MR GAVIN HEROLD

1. ALTHOUGH EVERYONE INVOLVED WAS VERY HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE I STRUGGLED WITH THE FACT THAT THE CASE WAS PASSED AROUND SO MANY PEOPLE. I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO BUILD A RELATIONSHIP WITH ONE MEMBER OF STAFF. 2. ALTHOUGH WE WERE DISCOUNTED FOR OVERLAP I FELT FRUSTRATED THAT THERE WAS OVERLAP
