These solicitors are an exceptional firm to deal with for relinquishment of our timeshare relinquishment. It can be a difficult decision to choose a reliable and genuine solicitors, so we chose Sarah Waddingtons as they had good reviews and were genuinely interested in taking on our case. It is not a quick process ours took 3 and a half years but they eventually reached our goal, we are no longer owners of our timeshare. We had constant updates and never gave up chasing our goal. A lot of time was also spent due to the timeshare having deeds attached when purchased, always updates to inform us of progress. We would highly recommend Sarah Waddingtons to anyone who is trying to get out of their timeshare and requires a truly professional team of solicitors. Nothing has been too much trouble and they al, work together as a team

Although it took a considerable amount of time to achieve success the service provided by the legal team was excellent. Any delay was not the fault of the legal team rather the fault of the Spanish banks deliberately delaying progress. Overall it was a fairly stress free process that achieved the desired outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.
