I was totally ripped off she took my money 3 years ago and did nothing with my time share case and I am still waiting fir refund she is not to be trusted.

While the majority of timeshare issues are resolved quickly others may take longer depending upon the complexity, the contract and the personal circumstances of the owner. We make this very clear within all of our contracts at the beginning and aim to provide clients with a solution as quickly as possible.

Extremely grateful!
I'm so very grateful to Sarah Waddington Solicitors for getting me out of an unfairly binding situation with a timeshare company. It has been a major worry to me for many years and they quickly took over the struggle and set me free!

A model of persistence!
Sarah Waddington Solicitors have kept a sustained campaign against Diamond Resorts International (DRI) who missold us various timeshare products. After many months of not backing down and persistently keeping in contact with DRI, even during long periods when they failed to acknowledge the case, Waddington's achieved our goal of release from our membership with no further management fees to pay. We are extremely grateful and our trust was rewarded.

Relinquishment of Timeshares with Diamond Resorts
I started my enquiry with Sarah Waddington Solicitors back in July 2018 about my relinquishment of my timeshares with Diamond Resorts , but today i got the best news i could wish for , i am now free from Diamond Resorts and it's all thanks to Sarah Waddiingtons Team who kept me in the loop and updated on everything . We got there in the end
Company with years of experience in all holiday club and timeshare matters.
Not the best in the communication stakes, a few times I contacted them for an update having heard nothing for months.
This whole relinquishment and compensation saga has taken years which we were told it would but we got there in the end, thank you Sarah Waddington Solicitors

Timeshare

Been a long haul but success now
From the very beginning Sarah Waddingtons have been highly professional, reassuring and showed great fortitude on our behalf. We paid a one off fee despite the years it has taken to reach a final successful conclusion. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sarah Waddingtons to anyone trying to escape their time share agreement, they have been absolutely superb

Floor clause claim against Spanish Bank
Although it took a considerable amount of time to achieve success the service provided by the legal team was excellent. Any delay was not the fault of the legal team rather the fault of the Spanish banks deliberately delaying progress. Overall it was a fairly stress free process that achieved the desired outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.

Successful ending of out timeshare with HGV.
We became less satisfied with our HGV timeshare and the continuing costs. The Sarah Waddington team was reassuring of success and did indeed extricate us from our HGV contract.
