I was totally ripped off she took my money 3 years ago and did nothing with my time share case and I am still waiting fir refund she is not to be trusted.

While the majority of timeshare issues are resolved quickly others may take longer depending upon the complexity, the contract and the personal circumstances of the owner. We make this very clear within all of our contracts at the beginning and aim to provide clients with a solution as quickly as possible.

Faith Restored
Having engaged in purchasing timeshare back in the early 2000s, without a full understanding of what was involved and what we were getting into, the experience left a bitter taste in our mouths, the slick sales method, impressive offices and hollow promises led us into a downward spiral of worry and embarrassment. After many attempts of trying to withdraw from the contract, we only found ourselves getting pulled in deeper, all adding to the continual worry and strain put on our health and financial ability.
Eventually, I need to give Diane my wife credit for doing the right thing, by searching out two companies of solicitors who were registered to deal with timeshare mis-selling, this was no small feat, considering the number of companies claiming to advise and recover monies on your behalf.
It was an easy choice to select Sarah Waddington Solicitors, they delivered exactly what it said on the tin, for a small fee, only paid when an official contract was agreed upon, explaining what and what was not possible we signed up, from that day forth it has been nothing but a positive journey of refund and recovery both on a financial and health basis. It is not a sprint but stick with it and you may reap the rewards deserved.
I have nothing but praise for the company and the solicitors I have dealt with over the last few years, thank you!

Refund of payments made
We have finally received some compensation of funds paid to CLC world, something we never thought would happen and had written our losses off. Today we received nearly £20,000 and there is still more to come. It is a very time consuming process but well worth the wait. Thank you to Sarah Waddington and her team.

Timeshare CLC compensation claim
Although this was a very longwinded process due to delays and prevarication by the ombudsman and Barclays Finance the solicitors kept us well informed and kept the pressure on to achieve a result. We eventually accepted a settlement nearly 5 years after our original claim.

Assignation of Highland Lodge 48 Weeks 25 & 26
Very professional firm. Having been approached by so many timeshare scams, found Sarah Waddington Ltd on the WWW but really didn't know whether to use them but after several years of being pestered by companies from The Canaries thought I'd try Sarah Waddington.

Excellent service
Sarah Waddington solicitors were instrumental in helping us to get out of our timeshare. We also got back most of the money we paid out to the timeshare company and on loans too. We could not have done this on our own. They were professional, knowledgeable and effective in challenging the timeshare company and banks. We highly recommend Sarah Waddington solicitors.

Don't loose faith
Fractional ownership was an exciting venture when the champagne bottle popped and, you felt that you had made a great decision, securing fantastic holidays for life. The buzz quickly fades when the securing of promised destinations become so difficult and the maintenance fees continued to increase and when you did get a holiday Club La Costa staff were always bothering you to increase your membership subscriptions.
Time to get out - so many Sharks out there and after being conned once you become suspicious of all.
Sarah Waddington provided something different, and there was a trust from the beginning, mind you I would be lying to say that there were some doubts along the way, however through thick and thin we got there eventually and I cannot thank the team at Sarah Waddingtons enough.
After approx 6-7 years we (myself and my wife) are now free of the nightmare of Club La Costa and the loans that we took out with Hitachi.
Thanks to Sarah Waddingtons all cash has been refunded, plus interest and all ties severed with Club La Costa.

Recovery of Timeshare money
I took up an offer back in October 2016 from Sarah Waddington Solicitors to recover my Timeshare costs, after being dissatisfied with CLC ,with their service and belief it had been mis sold to me.
I found the company kept me informed of progress through the several years it has taken to recover the money, but we knew it was going to be a long slog.
Sarah Waddington took the view that it would be better to try and recover the money from the Finance company who funded my Timeshare rather than the Timeshare company itself, which turned out the best way forward.
Although proceedings took time, I was always confident that Sarah Waddington's would be successful and I now have my claim settled.
I'm very grateful to Sarah Waddington's for their professional approach to my case. I would recommend to anyone who is trying to relinquish their Timeshare to approach Sarah Waddington.
