After many years of grinding down the Ombudsman, Sarah and the team finally got a settlement figure from BPF.
This we accepted thankfully, but we still have a long way to go waiting on 3 other settlements with Shawbrook.
The service provided has been very professional and we have been kept up to date, albeit very slow due to tardiness of the Ombudsman.
We hope that Shawbrook can just get their act together to finish off our case completely.
