Are wills we’re not straight forward as we are not married, but Danielle guided us through our options and we now have wills that set out our wishes when the time comes. Very easy and formal experience.

Estate of Joan Atwill
Danielle Penrose was helpful at such a sad time. I was kept informed with matters being dealt with. It was not always easy to speak on the phone but Danielle's other colleagues were usually on hand.
I did think that as my mothers estate was quite straightforward it seemed to take quite a few months to complete.

Winding up an estate
It appeared to take longer than I expected it would take considering that the estate and finances were relatively straightforward. This did pose me a problem as the whole process went smoothly.

Will writing
I can't thank Danielle Penrose enough for making the whole will drafting process so clear and simple. Outlining exactly what I needed to think about, highlighting what I hadn't considered, and making a conversation about death as natural as any other subject (I mean this in the best way).
Thinking about your own death isn't easy, Danielle handled every aspect of this process with sensitivity and care.
Also, at no point did I feel rushed, or against the clock - I know a lot of people fear this about solicitors. Our initial meeting was relaxed, and we took time to talk openly about my wishes.
