Will Preparation
Generally I believe I received good advice but the whole process took a very long time for a simple will - about 8 months (Wimbledon & Redhill offices). I executed and returned the will and my letter of wishes (in your stamped addressed envelope), paid your account in full and waited for information as to storage and receipt of a copy, as promised. I then received an email from another office (Redhill), informing me that my solicitor had left the practice in Wimbledon and asking whether I wished to proceed or whether I wanted you to close the account and pay the bill. I contacted you and heard that the will was lost and eventually you sent me another one to execute. Before I could do so, I heard that the executed will had been found in a box of papers relating to another estate. All this took about 2 months after I executed the will. It was not impressive. Is a shame because I had good service from your Teddington office on some conveyancing which I why I came to you for my will.
