Julie was brilliant. Right from the beginning, Julie was very responsive and informative. I felt she was sensitive to the matter and very patient with me. Her support team were equally fantastic in providing me with documents and carrying out the ID checks. Thank you Julie!
This was all done and tied up within 3 days - and might have been shorter if it wasn't for me requesting specific things.

Without reservation I give my highest recommendation for servies provided by Thomas Mansfield related to a severance from a former employer. Their advice both in preparing and negotiating an equitable severance was key in terms of being knowledgeable and prepared and I am certain this counsel resulted in a signifcantly better outcome. Their advice and recommnedations was timely, succinct, fit for purpose, afforable, and above all else practical.

I recently decided to leave my company to take early retirement. As such, I agreed with my HR Director a settlement agreement which would facilitate my exit in a mutually beneficial way. This was highly confidential and backed up with a very ‘wordy’ document from our legal department. At that stage I realised that I needed an employment lawyer, which was a move also strongly encouraged by my company.
I went with Thomas Mansfield solicitors and our lawyer; Julie Goodway was extremely efficient, professional, and hard working. The whole process was very smooth and timely, and concluded without any issues. Julie is super smart and good at her job, whilst at the same time being very warm, friendly and helpful. Whatever your legal needs, big or small, she will walk you through the process, offering proper and ‘real’ advice, and always working in your best interest. Moreover, Julie ensures that your time is maximised and that her fee is realistic and manageable.
Thank you, Julie, for offering me a great service, you are a true asset to Thomas Mansfield, and I cannot recommend you highly enough.
