Nicholas Garaty

Just wanted to write a quick review to say a huge thank you to Nicholas Garety and Antonia Brewer for all their support, guidence and professionalism during my employment dispute. They supported me when i was stressed, provided solid guidence. They pushed back and made sure everything was realistic and managed expectation perfectly. Ultimatley securing an outcome i was very happy with. They make a great duo and although i hope to not need their help again in the future, they will be my first call if the need ever arises.

From my first conversations with Nicholas, I felt that he understood both the legal issues and how difficult the situation had become for me personally. Nicholas was consistently calm, patient and thoughtful. His advice helped me to make decisions when I felt truly overwhelmed, daunted and at times intimidated by my ex-employer and/or the process. I had a health scare during the process. I will never forget how kind Nicholas was. What particularly stood out was the combination of expertise and humanity. I never felt that I was simply another case. Nicholas listened, explained things clearly, gave me realistic advice and helped me navigate an extremely stressful period through to a successful resolution. I am genuinely grateful for Nicholas' support and would have no hesitation in recommending him.

From our very first conversation, Nicholas Garaty demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise and integrity throughout what was an incredibly challenging employment matter. Nick took the time to fully understand every aspect of my case, explained complex legal issues in a clear and practical way, and always provided honest, balanced advice rather than simply telling me what I wanted to hear. His knowledge of employment law and strategic approach gave me confidence throughout a lengthy and stressful process. What impressed me most was Nick's calm, measured and commercially focused approach. He was always responsive, meticulous in his preparation, and an excellent negotiator. Thanks to his guidance and representation, we were able to achieve a positive outcome without the need for lengthy Employment Tribunal proceedings. Throughout the process I always felt that my best interests were being protected. Nick combined first-class legal expertise with genuine empathy and professionalism, which made a significant difference during a very difficult period. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Nicholas Garaty and Thomas Mansfield Solicitors to anyone requiring specialist employment law advice. They are true subject matter experts and provide an outstanding level of client service.

From the very outset I found Nicholas to be reassuring, kind and attentive to my matter. I was made to feel completely at ease by Nicholas from our first initial free consultation call right to the end. I was constantly keep in the loop without prompting too. Any person seeking legal council carries a lot of stress and anxiety and I found Nicholas to be very reassuring, providing clear advice and council that was legal jargonised talk. He made it clear on what was expected and the length of time I would need to resolving my matter which was done eventually. I would recommend his services to anyone.
