Alex is a genuinely lovely person, which is helpful when dealing with less savoury aspects of life like legal agreements! He explains everything clearly and more importantly he has a detailed eye and finds the terms that matter (and helps you change them!) He's also very pragmatic and considerate of time and will help as needed but also encouraged and advised you how to handle any negotiations so it's cost effective!

Without reservation I give my highest recommendation for servies provided by Thomas Mansfield related to a severance from a former employer. Their advice both in preparing and negotiating an equitable severance was key in terms of being knowledgeable and prepared and I am certain this counsel resulted in a signifcantly better outcome. Their advice and recommnedations was timely, succinct, fit for purpose, afforable, and above all else practical.

I recently decided to leave my company to take early retirement. As such, I agreed with my HR Director a settlement agreement which would facilitate my exit in a mutually beneficial way. This was highly confidential and backed up with a very ‘wordy’ document from our legal department.
