Someone that has gone through a process of employment dispute will understand because being directly involved is very emotional and difficult to cope. However, Jenna made it an uplifting experience that gave hope and transparency on potential avenues. She was very supportive and her professional advice in the field is second to none! She really knows how handle such cases very well given the sensitivity. Her negotiation skills were something everyone should aspire to. I am not going to reveal the specifics on my case as confidential however I am very satisfied with the end result achieved and also having taught the employer a lesson for life! The only downside is that Jenna is on the upper end of the hourly rate, as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. There are other more cost effective candidates within the firm I believe which you may be lucky to get the same quality service for half price! Absolute pleasure working with Jenna and Ellen who helped me on the last leg of the matter with the same professionalism and client care.
