Chris Sarsfield and Kiran Saran are an extremely efficient and knowledgeable duo to liaise with. We dealt with Meaby & Co through a very long lease extension and two property sales and they were absolutely on the ball, always took phone calls and exceptional on their communication. Cannot recommend them more highly and will certainly use Meaby in the future.

Thoughtful and helpful advice at all times
This was the second time we have used Chris Sarsfield’s services, and as before he provided excellent client service. We felt that he was really thinking about what was in our best interests and not simply box ticking.

Third good experience
I have both bought and sold properties using the services of Maeby & Co and have absolute confidence and praise for their knowledge and also their great communication - so important to be able to get answers promptly and showing great patience too.

Highly recommended
I approached Chris at Meaby & Co on a recommendation from a friend, and will be passing that recommendation on to others. He and his assistant Kiran were very friendly and professional throughout, provided clear explanations and advice when a couple of complicated legal issues arose, and managed their fees very efficiently when we had a first aborted sale. They were very good value for money, and made a stressful process as smooth and stress-free as could be. I’ll definitely use them again if and when I move (although hopefully not for a while!).

Excellent and rapid attention to detail...
Meaby & Co. were suggested by my estate agents, and from the word go, they were attentive and progressive in their comments and suggestions.
I really could not have wanted a better solicitor and his assistant, always there to deal with the minutiae of the selling of one house and the purchase of my next property.
A very genuine thank you to them for the for their kind attention and all the help with what could have become tricky but just never did - all very much appreciated!

Excellent, supportive service

Highly recommend for conveyancing
Chris Sarsfield and Kiran Saran could not have been more helpful or supportive throught the whole selling process.
