Chris Sarsfield and Kiran Saran handled the sale of our old property and new onward purchase. The sale was initially abortive and we had two abortive attempts before our third purchase was completed. Throughout the period – nearly two years – we received prompt and friendly advice. There were many complications but we were well supported throughout. I instructed Chris S at Meaby back in November 2020 and although already under a crippling workload (with the stamp duty holiday) he was kind enough to take my caseload on. It was my first time buying so I don't have anything to compare the experience to, but I cannot imagine it having gone any smoother with anyone else.
