As both a solicitor and family mediator, I always look for innovative methods of resolving issues surrounding divorce, dissolution, and separation, and am mindful of the emotional and financial costs of the parties, and any children, in pursuing matters in an adversarial way. I look to alleviate client stress where possible and to give pragmatic advice in the hope that an amicable solution can be found. I supported the ‘no fault divorce’ which is now in place and have always been a keen member of Resolution.
I offer a fixed fee first meeting either in person, over the phone, or via video call. I can help you to know where you stand legally, what the next steps might be, and the likely costs involved. At this point, you can choose to instruct me should you decide to go ahead.
As an accredited family mediator, I am well-placed to guide clients through the whole mediation process and can also conduct MIAMs (Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings) for people during family court proceedings.

Friendly
It has been a long 3 years to get my Joint Custody and Divorce sorted, but Sam and her team where there for me every step of the way. All of the team including the barristers where polite, friendly and very reassuring, making me feel so at ease every time I needed to attend court. They kept me up to date with developments and told me when I needed to complete things. I was very happy with the service from Sam and all her team and very, very happy with the outcome.

Helpful and understanding
I could not have been more pleased with the service that I received with my divorce. Samantha was so helpful, understanding and explained everything to me with out 'solicitor jargon,' so i could understand exactly what was going on. If i made a call to the office it was always answered promptly and I was either put through immediately or i got a call back from Samantha or Valentina the same day. Would definitely recommend them

Exceptional team
