From the ease of initial contact, to the interview with Kevin Hill & the police interview attended by Sarah Hayes, the professionalism, advice and support from Hill Twine has been fantastic. Thank you. I'm not sure there is anything that can be improved by Hill Twine, but I can only say this from my current experience. As a 'novice' to the legal procedures there are things that I haven't understood such as the time on my extended bail date (that being 8pm) and also whether notices from the police directly to me are also sent to my designated solicitors. Fortunately Sarah Hayes explained much of this to me, but it might be better that the overall legal processes are improved to consider those under investigation and those representing them.
The whole process made me feel at ease, and therefore I don't see any bad criticism I can give. I can't thank the team enough for everything they did for me. From the very beginning they were professional, friendly, and always took the time to explain everything clearly. Without going into too much detail, I was facing a very serious outcome, but through their hard work and negotiations with the prosecution they secured a result that kept me out of prison, with a community order instead. I genuinely believe their expertise made all the difference. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a solicitor who is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about their clients. I'd say I hope I get to use them again... but hopefully not for the same reason! Thanks again to everyone involved.
