    Highly recommend Gavin and Sarah

    I cannot think of a way Gavin or Sarah could have provided better advice or information. Outstanding service from beginning to end. After feeling uncomfortable with the original solicitor I talked to about our case I looked online for an alternative. From my first phone call with Gavin at Hill Twine I knew this was the right solicitors to represent us. Sarah Hill dealt with our tricky family dynamics and prioritised her client (my son) throughout the whole process she was utterly professional in the most caring way she could possibly be in the circumstances.     Would highly recommend

    A great overall experience of a challenging time, from initial contact with Gavin Smith to meeting with Kevin Hill and then being represented by Kevin Hill. My daughter is neuro diverse and Kevin took the time to explain the process and possible outcomes. We always felt supported, and had honest conversations. I would highly recommend.

    A great service

    From initial enquiry serviced by Gavin, case conference with Kevin, followed Sarah's representation in court today the whole service provided has been superb. I contacted 2 other firms leaving voicemail and followed up with emails and to date I've still not received a response. When I called Hill Twine the telephone was answered by Gavin first ring, and we were able to have a sensible conversation instilling confidence.
