Niall was great, he was very supportive and made sure I wasn’t worried or nervous going into court. Couldn’t recommend him enough as he put me at ease and fought my case well. I saw reviews on the internet for Hill Twine Solicitors and they certainly lived up to the standards. I felt the advice and information was excellent and well presented to me.��The help I received from my solicitor Guy Gosheron made me realise how vulnerable you could find yourself should you not have professional representation.��I can only comment that having representation is vital, especially if you have never been in the position of being arrested before and don't understand the process. Solicitor firms should lobby to make it compulsory for first time persons such as myself to have professional guidance.� I certainly had this from Guy Gosheron

I would highly recommend Hill Twine. Contact in response to my initial enquiry was fast and efficient, with an email and an initial discovery call set up within 1-2 days. The whole process was then managed really well with great communication between myself and Kevin, especially in the short time frame we had. They represented me and I wish they hadn't, very confusing advise and when making complaint Sarah Hill did not understand what is conflict of interest meaning as Her spouse Mr Hill was a part of my compliant, however when point out they assigned someone else working in the firm, not sure how can someone working for firm can investigate his bosses? It should made it fair to assign someone one completely natural from another firm for instance.
At the beginning the reception was of good standard and as soon as I signed my case the standard went downhill.
I have referred my case to legal Ombudsman and awaiting the outcome.
I wouldn't recommend them ever.
