I've used Ross on a number of occasions over the years, and the service has always been exceptional. Most recently, I had a 20-minute phone consultation, and once again I came away feeling reassured and confident. I really value his ability to genuinely listen. Despite I not having any experience of divorce, Ross made all the steps as clear as possible. My husband had a completely incompetent solicitor (different practice)and Ross was very professional in clearing her errors. Ross listened and kept on listening until he fully understood my situation. He thought his way around my difficulties so that we were able to work together in a way that allowed me to have his guidance without aggravating the situation by revealing my legal support. Ross explained his thinking and reasoning to me so that I understood the strategy. His vast experience was also helpful in keeping costs down for me as he knew of strategies that the other party would use in an attempt to push up my costs and was able to by-pass this. I felt safe. This helped my mental health as well as ensuring we made positive progress through to the conclusion. Em was always friendly and helpful. She was available when Ross wasn’t, so I could leave a message with her that I knew would be accurately and quickly passed on. I definitely saw her as part of our team.
