I needed the financial order to complete that stage of my divorce. We had already gone through mediation but I was conscious that it was important to get this done properly.

At every stage, I was kept well informed though email (my preferred choice of communication due to working hours). Everything was explained thoroughly and the paperwork was completed quickly. My lawyer, Tom, was sensitive to the emotional impact that everything was having. Everything took a matter of weeks and Tom kept me updated with the timeline. I was very impressed!

Catherine and her team made the experience of selling and buying a property for my mother very easy. In a frantic period of my life after the death of my father, they made what was quite a demanding period time for me, very easy. I could always rely on their efficiency and doing what they would say they would do. If they said they would call me, they would. If there was a letter/documentation to collect, it would be waiting for me. Catherine was very personable and was particularly good with my elderly mother. Recognising her, making sure she understood and importantly involving her in a process that was completely alien to her. I could not fault Catherine and her team and so very thankful that I was pointed in their direction. The recommendation came via Wadswick, via your Corsham office and then to Catherine.

Rachel after discussion came up with a versatile appropriate suggestion we hadnt considered. We left with a viable plan which we were very pleased about. Receptionist- very helpful on the phone before we arrived as I was bringing 2 adults with limited mobility and she met us and helped us get into the building safely.

I chose Goughs initially as they are local to me but I am so glad when I was warmly welcomed by Natalie. She was so patient and understanding especially dealing with somebody who really quite frightened at the prospect of what whas happening and didn't know which way to turn first!.
She dealt with everything in a kind and professional way which gave me the courage to stick to my guns with the demands that were made of me. Her attention to detail never wavered.
She would make herself available to be contacted easily and never failed to return a call or email, sometimes late into the evenings.
I cannot thank her enough for guiding me through the unenviable process, from start to finish, and also to the rest of her team.

Hannah has been nothing but amazing with providing the support. I have had just a brief contact with Hannah and in that limited timing she talked me through all my questions and concerns. Alice started as my solicitor and Rhianna once Alice went on maternity leave.
Both were excellent, and went above and beyond to help me in a very stressful and upsetting situation.
Because I have PTSD after my 3x husband's attack and stress and anxiety since recently having cancer I found the situation difficult to navigate at times. I suffer with post treatment brain fog which makes me forgetful and confused at times.
I received much patience, sound advice and kindness during the whole experience. It has really made a difficult experience much more bearable. Thank you so much for everything.
