I joined Goughs in 2014 having previously spent 15 years at Allen & Overy in London and Pinsent Masons in Leeds where I advised on property and construction projects in a variety of sectors including housing, airports, town centre regeneration, schools, hospitals, care homes, hotels, and offices. I also spent time practising in Rome, specialising in international projects. During my time at Goughs I have developed a particular interest and expertise in the acquisition and sale of farms, rural land and equestrian properties. However, I advise on all aspects of property and construction for private individuals, developers, registered social landlords, farmers, and small companies through to PLCs. I am Head of the Agriculture and Rural Land Sector at Goughs and secretary of The Wiltshire Historic Buildings Trust.
