I thoroughly enjoy working within residential property and this is reflected in the length of my career which has progressed over 20 years. I have spent the last 9 years working in my current role as a residential conveyancer and pride myself on client satisfaction. The nature of residential conveyancing is fast paced and I strongly believe that attentiveness and responsiveness are key to building strong client relationships and ensuring that transactions proceed as smoothly as possible. My dedication to clients is supported by the testimonials I receive. As someone who grew up in Bath and then moved into Wiltshire I have strong links to the local area. This, together with my reputation, has assisted me with establishing connections with local estate agents who now recommend me as their preferred conveyancer. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my children, walking my dogs and attending to my allotment. I am also a keen baker and enjoy making cakes to bring to the office.

    House sale and purchase

    Throughout the extended process of 14 months to complete our house sale and purchase, Catherine provided exceptional support. We had to sell our house 3 times due to buyers pulling out and the last sale wasn’t without unnecessary delays due to our buyers legal team. Catherine kept us informed at every turn and did everything she could to facilitate the exchange of contracts.     Catherine and her team made the experience of selling and buying a property for my mother very easy. In a frantic period of my life after the death of my father, they made what was quite a demanding period time for me, very easy. I could always rely on their efficiency and doing what they would say they would do. If they said they would call me, they would. If there was a letter/documentation to collect, it would be waiting for me. Catherine was very personable and was particularly good with my elderly mother. Recognising her, making sure she understood and importantly involving her in a process that was completely alien to her. I could not fault Catherine and her team and so very thankful that I was pointed in their direction. The recommendation came via Wadswick, via your Corsham office and then to Catherine.
