Since qualifying in 2012 I have been privileged to work with many of the country’s biggest housebuilders and have advised on all kinds of development transactions, from poultry sheds to 1,000+ unit mixed use developments. I have developed a particular specialism in strategic land deals. My passion lies in helping developers, promoters and landowners to unlock the value and potential in their projects. We aim to share every stage of the journey with our clients, identifying development opportunities early on, right through to selling the final plot on a completed estate. Watching communities grow from the ground up is a key motivator for me; I often bore my children on days out by pointing out all the new housing estates I’ve helped to deliver!
