Tom Corke

Tom took over my divorce case in Jan'26 following a lengthly and drawn out experience from a prior solicitor. He made the process smooth, explained each stage in a manner that made the whole experience much less stressful and took due care and time to explain legal processes in advance. His assistant Damien Berg was also very diligent and on hand for all correspondence when Tom was in client meetings. I would highly recommend Tom and am incredibly grateful to him and his team to have achieved a positive outcome that ultimately has given me my life back! Thank you all x

I have not had many dealings with Tom Corke but I did get a phone call from his secretary Rebecca, she seemed very annoyed that I hadn't completed my divorce and had not got in touch with them for quite a while, she then said she was going to close my account because of this. I did feel very annoyed that she kept on about finalising this as it is at the decri nisi stage, but what she doesn't realise is that my ex for years had basically been telling me what to do and being a very violent person, it is not as easy to finalise it. To have her keeping on about this at me when she has no idea what my situation is I think is so wrong, it has put me off coming back to Biscos. Also I have had my solicitor changed 3 times since coming to Biscos, which is not encouraging at all .

Tom Corke

Tom has been an invaluable legal rock from our first phone call over 18 months ago. When I first contacted Tom I was in a very bad place. Tom took the time to listen to what had happened and to get to know my case. My case has been very complex and must have been taxing for Tom at times, however he has always remained professional. Tom has worked tirelessly on my case and showed genuine care, he's always kept in touch, and responded quickly and thoroughly to my many, many emails. I hope my time in family court is over, but if I find myself back there Tom is the only solicitor I would ever use. Similarly, if I come across anyone in need of legal representation I will always send them Tom's way because I know he will always do his best to get the best results for his clients. I can't thank Tom and his team enough and I wish him all the best for what I'm sure will be a very successful legal career.

Tom Corke

My relationship broke down in 2020 during lockdown. My partner was very difficult and went out of his way to make things harder than they needed to be. There were properties and a business involved. Tom was brilliant from the get go. His advice was clear and factual. He never promised me anything and was realistic. It sounds corney but it was like he was on this journey with me. He could understand my frustration at the time things took with the legal system and when I got ahead of myself he would explain why he thought it best we didn’t go down a certain path. Tom has a human side and he has the fight in him that you need from a solicitor acting for you. Tom will always be my go to solicitor.
