We purchased our first home this year and had the pleasure of working with Karim Khassal. Karim provided a faultless service, he explained everything to us clearly and was always on hand to answer any questions we had. From start to finish Karim was on the ball, regularly chasing other parties, and he went through the paperwork thoroughly and efficiently to ensure the property we purchase is right for us. This all came at a fair price too! We would strongly recommend Karim's services.

Excellent service and would recommend to anyone. Karim was our solicitor and we actually sought him out as we dealt with him before at his previous firm. We have just exchanged on a difficult purchase with a chain of 4 houses and there is no doubt that without the help and advice from karim at Harrops and Hepburn this would never have happened. Karim was both communicative and extremely pro-active in ensuring everything stayed on track as well as being very patient with me as a stressed client! I actually work in the property industry and have had occasion to work with many different solicitors over the years and I can honestly say Karim has proved to be the best of the lot by some distance! Empathetic and exceptional, for stress free conveyancing, Karim rocks!
Ours was a distress purchase. We urgently needed to acquire a home to ensure the safety and security of our soon to be homeless, special needs daughter. Even for experienced property buyers, this dynamic added a whole new level of stress. Karim's proactive, clear communication, extreme efficiency, attention to detail and gentle yet unyielding direction on necessary process and checks, helped ensure peace of mind... even when, inevitably, things didn't go exactly how we would want. We will certainly use him again and you would be wise to too!

Amazing work!
Karim was amazing from start to finish! House buying is such a stressful process but Karim made sure that it was as smooth as possible and kept us informed at all times. Change of Mortgage
I saw 3 solicitors at Morr & Co . I had to get an extension onto my 6 months that i had to deal with this mortgage as the work had not been done ! and i was charged the same amount of money !
