Karim Khassal undertook the first registration and subsequent conveyancing for the sale of my late parents property. He explained everything clearly and concisely and got on with the work promptly. He skillfully handled the negotiation with the very fussy counterparties Solicitor and delivered on time. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. Karim responded all my enquires in a super efficient manner, sometimes he even emailed me back around 4 or 5 am, I am a full time Woking mum with a toddler daughter, he was very understanding every step of the way, I am very happy with Karim helping us to purchase our first home.
