Wow. When pray for help, sometimes you get sent an angel. Keri-Anne Bradley At the family law group not only showed me genuine care, but she was straight with me. She took my case on even with a huge work load from other areas because she was genuinely concerned for my children and she put them first the whole way through. I felt safe with her and the trust was instantly there which I struggle with when it comes to solicitors due to past experiences with others! She got us the results we needed in an emergency situation and now my children are so much happier for it. The bar is set very high with this one! Absolute angel, and extremely professional. I instructed Family Law Group in what was an exceptionally complex and emotionally demanding public-law case. From the outset, I always felt that my solicitor, Keri, understood both the legal complexity and the human reality of the situation. Keri was outstanding throughout. She combined professionalism with genuine care, gave consistently sound, thoughtful and realistic advice, and remained calm, steady and responsive even as the case became increasingly pressured and difficult. I was always aware that she was working extremely hard across a demanding caseload, yet whenever it mattered she was fully present, prepared and available. She repeatedly went above and beyond the call of duty, and I never doubted her judgment, commitment or dedication. I always felt supported and well-advised at every stage. Keri also introduced and coordinated closely with two excellent barristers, Andrew Leong and Oliver Wraight, both of whom represented me with great skill, clarity and professionalism. The teamwork between solicitor and counsel was evident throughout — focused, well-organised and effective — and I am very grateful to all three of them. While the outcome was shaped by wider factors beyond any solicitor’s control, I do not attribute that to the quality of the legal advice or representation I received. Much of my frustration lay with the conduct and dishonesty of the local authority, which became fully evident in the later stages of the case, particularly through admissions made during cross-examination and subsequently reflected in the judgment. With hindsight, I now understand far more about how cases are framed and argued, but at the time I could not have been better guided. The case has now concluded with a stable outcome, and I remain genuinely thankful for the professionalism, integrity and support Keri and Family Law Group provided throughout. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone facing difficult family proceedings and needing clear, principled and experienced legal representation.

keri- anne was absolutely amazing through my experience, her communication was perfect, telling me what was happening and what everything meant to something that was so alien to me. the custody battle was a horrible experience but keri - anne helped me emotionally as well as being professional. i found out a lot of traumatising things and she pointed me in the right direction for therapy. she was so amazing and i couldn’t have asked for a better lawyer, she listened to my concerns and told me what would be realistic, thanks to Keri- anne’s help i got full custody. there was many times i was scared and nervous and phone keri - anne and she eased my mind. the lady at reception (unfortunately i forgot her name) was lovely too, very good at communicating, very nice when i came in few times. i hope i never have to go through this again, but if i do i know who to go to. thank you MK family law xx
