I can’t recommend Ria highly enough. She supported me throughout what was a very difficult and stressful family court case, and from start to finish I always felt that I had someone knowledgeable, professional and genuinely supportive in my corner. My daughter who gas ADHD is usually supported by Georgina and Catriona who are both brilliant, however a recent court hearing she was supported by Beth Smith who my daughter hadn't met before. Beth was brilliant and represented and supported my daughter in court against a barrister. To say we were concerned is an understatement, however Beth was brilliant representing my daughter and securing a positive outcome at thus point. Would we recommend the Derby branch (this is the only branch we have had dealings with)? Yes we would. Georgina Cat and now Beth are just brilliant. You wont go wrong. Thankyou doesn't seem enough for the life changing support they are providing my daughter. It isnt over yet but just brilliant. Thankyou

Natasha didnt represent me at all either kept me in the dark or threw infomation at me without me understanding. She told me i had no rights and couldnt co parent because i was too distraught she didnt stand up for me in court when everyone ridderculed me. He sure couldnt take care of us. Yet passed with flying marks after a week but i wasnt allowed to be interviewed for it so ment she never come home. I use to cry on benches while he did drugs and cheated on me which his mum set up while we was still together. I asked clarke to leave if shes not going to represent me & she refused to ,she still turns up just to get paid. My daughter now living with her father full time. She no longer has a biological mother. This was the worst time of my life and still is. this women just didnt help me or even care to support me or help me be at court or at least get the truth across. didnt even have my mum while going through this. Didnt visit me didnt do statements. Natasha harassed me with negative news randomly while i was out,told me nothing i could do& had no rights. I was set up they know i been requesting therapy like judge wanted and mental health ignore me. I been doing what was asked of me which wasnt good enough i spent money out my benefits to come to these things to prove im trying for them to not even come downstairs and to say i declined treatment when i travelled to bedford and waiting 3 times in waiting from for up to a hour and noone could even be bothered to come downstairs. I feel i was set up nothing i do was going to let me be her mother. People who did no manual work got the gift of my baby ,enjoying her while i rot in my room. Left in middle no where no signal no shops suicidal utterly alone. I feel used and thrown away. One min im evil next im with her unsupervised? Social have covered up bad things&sweeped it under the rug but me im terrible im the scapegoat. I was made to rush around straight after operation noone helped me with baby or even showed me any kindness as his mum told staff to not he there for me emotionally. Clarke, purposely call me and upset me she carried on even though she heard me having panic attacks. Using the fact i have no family against me because mums not here to be there for me and my ex has his family who hate me. she was happy safe well fed with me I dont deserve to be treated like a murderer or as my ex called me a degenerate on a daily while fighting through survival. I think theres been bribery or favorism because things arent adding up. I did it all myself n they just took her and gave her to him then threatened to put me in jail for 5 yrs when i just want to know shes okay , i dont sleep. I wail all day all night. Ive changed medication twice. I cant believe this women can be so cruel to me i dont know whats being said about me because she wont help me go court or be represented. All sorts are being spoken about i dont matter or have a say I was a mum and now im empty. Left to die of grief. Wasnt even allowed 2 see her on her first birthday They ripped her away from breast milk causing her digestion issues from ripping us apart. Caused us heart issues from stress. I dont even no if shes walking Its a mans world. The man i loved who was mean to me pregs now has her ,him and his nasty 2 faced lying family have her and will raise her with his broad of a ex who his family respects. And natasha has men knock on my door giving me family court letters middle night frightening me taking pics of me in my nighty threatening to put me in jail. Something broke in me because i just cry and cry n cry. Im not evil im not a danger to her just because im suicidal im this way because what i been thro how im treated and im worried sick. all i deserve was 2 hrs and to travel 2 buses to her,roxton to bedford bk home to empty house While this man does a parental assessment few contact visits that dont cost him gets taken to court by his mum and just has her full time just like that. My lifes ruined &over and she will never no what i went thro out of love for her.

Natasha very emotionally cold.Talked me into not doing my parental assessment.. by saying i had no rights and didnt have a chance.. Even though i travelled miles and got buses and spend alot on presents ,had reports of clear loving affection at contact centre. always delivering bad news all the time any day any point causes me panic attacks in public. i was too emotionally distraught apparently to be assessed. She didnt fight for my baby to have a mother She didnt give me a voice in court when i needed it. Nhs had lied on paperwork when i had attended appointments and shown clear effort and emotion Shes endangered my child. Got paid for showing up, allowed everyone to slate me down supporting a obvious absent father whos recently involved to swoop in and take her after 6mnths of me actively doing all responsibiltys. he wasnt a nice man when pregnant to us and didnt help us physcially or financially she knew i had no family or moral support and used that against me to make her job easier. Was clear there was obvious corruption in fathers drug test.as he has dreads and has done several different substances throughout his life. And yet passed and passed when i was pregnant even with a addiction which was why he couldnt provide for his first and only child. He is still on two substances which he wont stop Passed parental And now has full custody of a child inwhich his only just begun having a relationship with. She didnt understand trauma bond and narc abuse. Wasnt going to get her back but hoped for co parenting which she insured wouldnt happen and to downsize and move from the family house i moved into so she had her own room. Even had the independent social worker hug me when crying, before removing my rights, heartbroken Which im sure any mother would be but cant care or cry be used against you! Im clearly a loving worried mother who didnt no what was happening didnt no her rights ( or lack of ) you was paid to help through hardest time my life and advise me. But you would distress me say i couldnt do anything about it and go. Leaving me hysterical. She literally was overruled by a therapist manager who googles the law to defend her sons wrong doings whos been caught lying. this is a man who needed to be told why a baby was a priority over him a 29 yr old man. he had to be in the picture even if he wasnt contributing apparently because he is the dad least he has rights, right. I told her my concerns of how he might treat her according to past behaviours treatment on me. And obvious neglect towards us pregnant which was seen by others including screaming at me. The independent social worker assessed the father of my child and was charmed within a week. She knows best id only lived with him 3yrs they knew they could do as they wished as i had noone to support me. You have left me worried sick and suicidal and childless. Without visitation. Im going to leave letters to my daughter in my will of whats happened. Reassure her to take whats been said with pinch of salt. My unfortunate unsuccessful experience. She will know shes loved even if i cant be present in her life. I sacrificed alot for her and went through alot of unneeded pain. Being apart has caused me a heart condition and im experiencing grief. But i dont regret bringing her into this world. Its fine if your a bad person aslong as your not convicted you can do nothing for a year and still take full custody Causing her heart issues from stress and reflux issues to her digestion. Before age of 1. No child should be minipulated or mentally abused by a parent it can stay with them forever but i suppose you didnt care did you natasha? Its not your life, your child... just paperwork isnt it natasha.

Raj was absolutely useless. At the beginning, she was constantly contacting us but as soon as she got the legal aid certificate, she rarely replied to emails, calls, texts etc. her paralegal was the only person we were able to contact, and we barely ever got a call back from Raj. We chose her because she had decent reviews and her profile said she had experience. But it seems all she wants now is more cases, more money and get trainees and paralegals to do all the work without any proper oversight. Because of her carelessness we missed court deadlines and to cover up for herself tried to blame me. She had no idea in court what was going on and was relying on the other party/advocate to follow their lead. Awful. Watch out. Rather go to another law firm who can give you time and attention.
