I've worked with Ria for my two court appearances. She supported throughout the process including applying for legal aid. She understood me and communicate d very well with me in compiling all the evidence that was required. She was very patient with me and explained everything in a simple language that I could understand. She was always there to calm me down during my moment of anxiety. I can’t recommend Ria highly enough. She supported me throughout what was a very difficult and stressful family court case, and from start to finish I always felt that I had someone knowledgeable, professional and genuinely supportive in my corner. Ria was approachable, understanding and always took the time to explain things clearly, particularly when I was unsure about the court process or what to expect next. She gave me straightforward and realistic advice rather than making promises about outcomes, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was simply another case. Raj was absolutely useless. At the beginning, she was constantly contacting us but as soon as she got the legal aid certificate, she rarely replied to emails, calls, texts etc. her paralegal was the only person we were able to contact, and we barely ever got a call back from Raj. We chose her because she had decent reviews and her profile said she had experience. But it seems all she wants now is more cases, more money and get trainees and paralegals to do all the work without any proper oversight. Because of her carelessness we missed court deadlines and to cover up for herself tried to blame me. She had no idea in court what was going on and was relying on the other party/advocate to follow their lead. Awful. Watch out. Rather go to another law firm who can give you time and attention.
