Court of Protection application for appointment as Deputies
A protracted application for one reason or another with the Court of Protection (CoP). We were kept fully informed and it was helpful to have a direct link to the solicitor. Since receiving approval from the CoP we have sought further advice which has been given in a clear and quick response.
