Fantastic service!

We have used Louise and her team multiple times now for various property sales and purchases and we could not recommend them enough! Each process was incredibly smooth from start to finish, with clear instructions and great communication. Nothing was ever too much trouble and responses were quick and helpful which is invaluable during what can be a stressful time. Louise’s approach is friendly yet professional and I wouldn’t hesitate using her and her team again in the future. Thank you for everything!

Consistently Failed to Deliver

Pleasant but frustrating professionals. The process should have been straightforward but was hard going. Lacking in attention to detail and consequently too many errors. Not reassuring. I am beyond 'disappointed' but this is the most negative word this system will allow me to use.

Great support, help and advice on a flat sale

Kavitha Rajah was my solicitor recently on my first flat sale, a process I was new to and so wasn't sure what to do or expect. Throughout the sale Kavitha provided advice and help for paperwork and enquiries between all the parties including my estate agents. I lost my first buyer almost at the end of the sale which was really disappointing however I picked up another buyer shortly after and throughout this process Kavitha was there to provide advice and help and at the end getting the exchange and completion in really quick time. A quick mention also to Kavitha's team (Susana and Jacqueline) who were also really friendly, approachable and helped enormously with the sale. Thank you Kavitha and team!

Fair/poor service

Sadly had to engage this firm through 3rd party recommendation via selling agent.

A simple house sale was like "pulling teeth" !!

I will not put names on here as I have feedback through client satisfaction questionnaire.

Basic communication and attention to detail were the 2 most frustrating aspects of the service delivery.

I hope they sort out internally, and thanks to the firm for donation £5 to St Christopher's hospice for the completion of satisfaction questionnaire.

Not impressed....

We as a family have had an awful experience with this firm. They took over the firm that my Grandfather made a trustfund for his Great Grandchildren with. My daughter was supposed to receive her inheritance when she turned 21.....she is now 23 and still no sign of her money. They have lied to our faces, made false promises and are difficult to speak to. My advice: DO NOT USE THIS FIRM.

Declaration of Trust - Louise Hyland

This is the second experience I have had dealing with Louise Hyland at Judge and Priestley. The service I received was fantastic; the advice provided was clear and concise, but also articulated in a manner which someone from a non-legal background could clearly understand.

We appointed Judge & Priestley to conduct the residential conveyancing process on a recent house purchase which started back in June 2019 and completed in September 2020. The team at J&P consisting of Louise, Zanab, Chloe and Tillie were absolutely fantastic throughout and we couldn't recommend them highly enough! They were friendly, efficient and responsive especially at right at the end of the process where they were a great help at getting it all completed under a lot of pressure. Thanks for all your hard work and all the best!

Louise and the team at Judge and Priestly were second to none, truly professional and patient during the selling and buying of our house.

Even in Louises absence the team we’re very responsive and supportive give the various bumps in the road.

We would have no hesitation in recommending Louise and J&P.
