We bought and sold through J&P and Kavitha and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. She took the time with me to explain the complexities of our situation and was incredibly speedy and efficient taking just 17 days to take us from signing purchase memorandum to exchanging contracts! Would definitely recommend.

Mark Cast is an excellent conveyancer. The sale process was drawn out due to various legal issues and lack of urgency from the buyer's solicitor. Mark was pro active and swift to reply and chase the various parties in the sale. When a lease extension was required at the last minute he had the expertise and professionalism to be able to action this swiftly and seamlessly. I cannot recommend him enough.
