Beyond the call of duty.

Kavitha Rajah and her team handled the sale of my late mother's house, despite three sales failing at the final hurdle (Local authority searches}. This was because they incorrectly stated that there was no legal access to the house. Finally we got this corrected, and thanks to Kavitha's patience the fourth sale went through, after almost two years. Despite the work done, the costs were extremely reasonable, and the service professional throughout.

Simply the best!

Kavitha Rajah and her team helped with the conveyancing for our house sale. As a mortgage broker myself I deal with all the solicitors in the local area and beyond. None of these are as professional, diligent and efficient as Kavitha. Often my clients pick solicitors for speed and professionalism where they are promised a quick seamless process, to often this doesn't happen and the process drags out over months.
With Kavitha and her team this was NOT the case and they worked diligently, timely and responsive to get the sale through. I cannot recommend her and the team enough.
Many thanks
Del

Excellent Solicitors

I have sold two houses with Judge and Priestley and they have done a superb job on both occasions. They are consistently professional, reliable and friendly. In my recent sale there were some challenges on the other side - the buyer's solicitors were disorganised and unresponsive - but Kavitha and her team managed the situation superbly to get the sale completed. I have found J&P very quick to respond to any queries I had by email or by phone and they gave me good advice when I needed it. Kavitha is a consummate professional and I was very pleased with the service she offered. I would absolutely use them a third time.

Executor for my Aunt's Estate

This was my first time as executor of an estate and was a little bit daunted going into the process, in spite of having as much documentation, I thought relevant for the case.

Once the process started, I guided ery professionally and with absolute clarity from Russell from start to finish.

I frequently was double checking with him when sending back various documents and emails, and it was always dealt with no fuss from Russell, and he was happy to placate my many questions with no fuss at all.

All in all, it was a very good experience with the company, even though dealing with the banks on the other side of the process was often painful.

Would happily recommend Russell to anybody needing his legal expertise.

Very happy with the process while learning a thing or two at the same time. To be finished in 10 months I felt was aive very good outcome for me.
