We bought and sold through J&P and Kavitha and her team were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend James Ray and specifically Orla Ferris from the Sidcup Office. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive and extremely helpful. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to answer any questions I had. Buying a property can be stressful, but their knowledge and attention to detail made the whole process feel much easier and gave me real peace of mind. I’m very grateful for all their hard work and would happily use their services again. Highly recommended!

Overall everyone was very helpful in guiding us through our first home purchase.
I would highly recommend Brian Tan at Judge and Priestley. I had to change my will on a few occasions and the last time I had a problem on changing one of my executors. Brian was so helpful and advised me in a professional, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the situation in a clear and positive way for me to make a decision. Brian was so calm especially when I asked him to do my lasting power of attorney. His expertise, patience always gave me the upmost confidence from beginning to end. James and Orla were amazing with our recent flat purchase!. They were professional, supportive, responsive and always made time for any questions we had. As first time buyers, navigating the purchase process can be quite daunting, but James made sure to sit down with us and go over the full report so we knew exactly where we stood and what the next steps would be. They were also very proactive in chasing up responses to enquiries from the seller's solicitor, which was integral to pushing the sale through within the time frame they originally estimated.
