Excellent Professionalism & Support
I cannot recommend Lois Stacey and the team at Clifton Ingram highly enough. They assisted us with a particularly difficult and protracted landlord/tenant possession matter, which involved a number of complications along the way. From the outset, Lois was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She took the time to explain the legal position clearly, provided practical advice throughout and was always very patient in answering my questions, even when the situation became increasingly frustrating. What I particularly appreciated was that Lois was not simply focused on the legal process, but also on finding the most sensible and proportionate way forward given the circumstances. Her guidance before and after the hearing was invaluable, and she handled the matter with a level of professionalism and care that gave us considerable confidence throughout.
