Matthew navigated me through a lengthy, highly complex set of contractual negotiations involving two corporate law firms and a smaller general practice. At the outset he joined me for meetings with the key individuals of the project and was a tremendous suport. The lawyers and their respective clients held Matthew’s professionalism in high regard and this was key to the projects success. Mathew calmly coordinated the various demands and without his assured, humble and professional approach, a successful outcome would not have been achieved. I would like to add that I also really appreciated how well Matthew handled me. At times I became intensely frustrated regarding legal points and processes I had little understanding of, and he provided me with the clarity and context needed to achieve a successful outcome.

I cannot recommend Lois Stacey and the team at Clifton Ingram highly enough. They assisted us with a particularly difficult and protracted landlord/tenant possession matter, which involved a number of complications along the way. From the outset, Lois was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive. She took the time to explain the legal position clearly, provided practical advice throughout and was always very patient in answering my questions, even when the situation became increasingly frustrating. What I particularly appreciated was that Lois was not simply focused on the legal process, but also on finding the most sensible and proportionate way forward given the circumstances. Her guidance before and after the hearing was invaluable, and she handled the matter with a level of professionalism and care that gave us considerable confidence throughout. David Goddard, who initially assisted with the matter, was also very helpful and professional. Ultimately, we were able to obtain vacant possession of the property without needing to proceed to enforcement, and I am very grateful to Lois and the team for their assistance in getting us to this point. A thoroughly professional and highly recommended service.

Disappointing Experience Extremely poor experience with this firm. Communication was almost non-existent—calls and emails were consistently ignored, leaving me in the dark for weeks at a time. To make matters worse, I was given dishonest updates and misleading information about the progress of my case. A total lack of professionalism and integrity. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for legal representation.
Chloe and the the team were absolutely exceptional throughout what proved to be a lengthy and somewhat challenging house sale and purchase process. From start to finish, great communication and very prompt replies to my enquiries to get matters across the line.
