I used Clifton Ingram for conveyancing services for the sale of my late mother's house and the purchase of a new build property. I found Lorna, Denise and Linda approachable, professional and efficient. They were also supportive when I had some hurdles to overcome due to probate timings and pressure from the new build developers, and kept things on track. I was very pleased with the service I received and would recommend this team.

We had the most incredible positive journey with the sale and then the separate purchase of our properties. Lorna Thomson was brilliant throughout especially as we were in Australia whilst purchasing our home! She responded immediately to my emails and questions. As a lay person I was provided with enough information to feel fully informed without confusion. We are now using Clifton Ingram to prepare our wills and are having the same high level of service. Lorna was amazing. Her and the wider Clifton Ingram team helped sell my dad’s flat. The buyers used a cheap disorganised firm that was asked many pointless questions. We would not have completed the sale without Lorna’s determination. Excellent service and great advice. I would definitely use Clifton Ingram again.
