Probate and Property Sale
Great team to work with - probate was dealt with quickly and professionally and the related sale of our mums property by the conveyancing team was also very professional. We had been introduced ed and explained to all the people in the team were and each persons role so it was easy to track each stage of the process. Thank you all

High quality work and good communication
We asked Tracey and her team to act for us, for our sale and purchase, as they were recommended by our agent, with a reputation for a high quality service.
Tracey and the team gave helpful advice and were always timely with work. They were particularly responsive in replying to messages. Despite an initial poor enquiry response from the vendor, Tracey gave comprehensive advice & chased to ensure we had everything we needed.
Exchange happened just before Christmas. There were delays from other parties and their solicitors, which caused it to be rushed at the end. A potential area for improvement, may be earlier pro-active communication with the other parties, so they all knew the constraints. Of course, this was also just prior to Christmas, which must have been a complicating factor.
The completion stage had a couple of challenges, on the sale side but Chloe gave helpful responses, and dealt with the challenges.

Excellent service in difficult circumstances
Bakerlaw acting for me remotely (I am based in Yorkshire) in the sale of my mother's property in Hampshire. A major issue arose with acquiring a redemption figure for the outstanding mortgage but Bakerlaw were persistent and finally resolved the problem after two weeks of effort.
Communication with/from Bakerlaw was excellent throughout, timely and relevant - I really could not fault the service and would very happily recommend to anyone.

Great experience
My wife and I recently sold our home and bought a new one. Generally regarded as a highly stressful time, Tracey Read made everything straightforward. We really felt that we had someone on our team who truly cared about our best interests. Tracey is a star, highly professional and a tremendously nice person. We could not recommend Tracey more highly. As we approached completion on both properties, Chloe became involved and carried the baton perfectly, another star.

A fantastic service!
We have just completed on our first property with the support of BakerLaw LLP and in particular Tracey Read.
From the beginning Tracey and her team were reassuring and answered all our questions. It was quite an overwhelming experience at first but there was always someone getting back to us extremely quickly to ease our nerves.
The team was highly professional, and their response time to emails was fantastic. When choosing a solicitor we were quite overwhelmed with options but the timely response and professionalism at BakerLaw won us over.
We had regular updates via Tracey, Emily and Chloe and would like to thank each of them for their support and efficiency throughout the process. Tracey remained proactive throughout and we really felt like our best interests were being considered at each stage.

The service, time and communication provided by Tracey has been outstanding and beyond our expectations.
She is fully committed, works ridiculous hours and provides sound advice and solutions. The whole experience with the rest of the team has also been amazing, including Kevin working till the last minute before Christmas to get contracts signed as well as Emily and Chloe always available to answer questions.
