Auction Property Sale
Having taken on our auction sale at short notice, I found that Jo got straight onto things and made it all seem so easy. I cannot thank her enough for her efforts, advice and knowledge. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good solicitor.

Excellent service
If google can give 10 stars I would give 10. Jo is a very professional, efficient, quick reponse solicitor who will always update our case status and provide professional advise when we have problems. She just needs 2 months to complete our selling & purchasing after take over our case from another firm wiho did nothing for 3 months! If you want selling/purchase the property efficiently with no stress, please do not hesitate to contact her.

Outstanding Service from Jo Reader at Clifton Ingram
As first-time buyers working to complete before the end of March 2025 stamp duty changes, we were understandably nervous about the process. Clifton Ingram was recommended to us by our estate agents, and choosing them turned out to be the best decision we could have made.

Selling of House
Jo took over the selling of my house half way through the process as Roxanne had moved to a different dept. Some information from a third party was required which was not easily obtained. Jo patiently persisted until we had the documents required and then had to deal with less than efficient buyers solicitor. Apparently this is normal but Jo kept me in the loop phoning regularly with the current status and responded promptly to my emails. Thank you.

Great service
Sold my Uncles house via the auctions. Jo Reader was our nominated solicitor via the auction house. Within in an hour of engaging her services, we had all the relevant paperwork by email. Subsequent emails followed. Once the sale was nearing completion all the paperwork was signed and point into place. She dealt with the equity release payment for us and was always quick to return the originals of the documents she requested.
