    Excellent in all ways

    Buying a house is a very stressful experience and I had a few hiccups and delays along the way. Jo and Katrina were really easy to work with and at least working with them was stress-free. They were caring and friendly as well as being efficient and they responded to queries very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them.

    Friendly, professional and great communication

    I used Clifton Ingram as conveyancers for a linked property sale and purchase in Spring 2026. Jo Cockram and Katrina Fava were excellent throughout a quite convoluted process. They provided clear and timely updates, always responded promptly to queries and were able to clearly explain all of the issues that arose in a way that made sense to non-specialists. I would definitely strongly recommend their services.

    Absolutely outstanding! Natasha and Jo made the entire process of selling and buying a house so much easier for us, even with the frustrating parts!!! It has been like having a friend in the know. Always very quick to respond, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable.
