Exceptional solicitor with an excellent team
Being a professional and spotless history, I never imagine that I will be pushed into a nerve wrecking experience and found myself shamefully clueless in the legal world and left wondering how to find best legal firm. I started with two legal firms via Google, but soon realized that something is missing in their advice as both firms said, wait until you are charged by the police and only then we will initiate the defense - imagine your life being hung up and you have no idea as when and what comes next. After a long search, I found MPR Solicitor through https://www.reviewsolicitors.co.uk/. I spoke to their client services person and in few hours received a call from the firm senior partner Barrister Abdullah Al-Yunusi. He patiently listened to my emotional story and asked some key questions. The key message that I picked up from this conversation was that his firm's aspiration is to start the legal process ASAP with the intent of getting the case dropped before charges are pressed - obviously depending upon the nature of the case. This approach is very different compared to the other firms I have spoken to and in my case this proved to be the game changer. Just to give you the context; I have categorically asked the other firms if I can take any action at the early stages that might help my case and both firms responded with a big 'no'. Mr. Al-Yunusi delegated my case to Ms. Seema Parikh, partner. Seema immediately got in touch and worked with me over the next few days to get a full picture of my situation. She worked with me until late hours, even during the Christmas period, and finally proposed a strategy which ultimately got me the best outcome that I could have ever thought about - unbelievable! I found Seema, not only professionally committed but empathetic towards her clients; I was treated with a human touch and all my interests even emotional and psychological were taken care-off. There are other issues linked to the primary legal matter and I found her very flexible in working with other solicitors outside of her area of expertise and even with a solicitor external to MPR. While she is diligent, committed and empathetic, she is professionally open and candid and always put up pros and cons before proposing her advice as we moved along the case. Ms Parikh is extremely knowledgeable in her area, clever, trustworthy, clear in her thoughts and expression, and very reassuring and I always have this feeling that she will put her best fight to get the best outcome. She also shared her mobile number to keep me at ease. In fact she also worked with my immediate family members during lengthy conversations on my case. In terms of the cost, although these matters are inherently expensive, she has been prudent in making the best value of my money. Her advise is professional regarding things which do not need to be followed up having no bearing on my life and just a waste of money and can be taken up at a later stage. Beside Seema Parikh, Ms. Sapna Shah also handled my case on a different front and she was also outstanding. She always keeps me settled when I was kind of getting frustrated and want to take a different route. She insisted on her advice, which looks counter intuitive as my thoughts were kind of muddled and emotionally driven. That strategy ultimately brought another big relief. There is still work left which is being taken care of. The case was conspired against me over a period of few years rather being a stand alone incident and hence challenging for the defence to prove innocence.
