Dawn Verney was my conveyancing solicitor for the sale of my marital home and purchase of my next property. I am full of praise and gratitude for Dawn's professional expertise, guidance and support throughout. Although our sale was straightforward my purchase became extremely stressful and protracted due to unforseen issues with Land Registry. Despite all the stress and worry I have had to deal with I never felt anything but confidence in Dawn. She has been such a tower of strength on my side and also clearly has an understanding of how emotionally difficult these transactions can be.
In addition, I dealt with the Upminster Office as they were my drop off point for documentation on my lunch breaks. The team there were always so welcoming and polite. A friendly smile goes a long way and they were all a pleasure to deal with.

I was pleased with the service I received, although it was a long and protracted process, the end result justified the wait. Dawn was very good towards the end and made sure all the paperwork was in order.

I had used Mullis and Peake many years ago on a recommendation from a family friend for buying and selling a house and that was a great experience so when I needed to move house again I didn’t hesitate to contact them. The service was exemplary and Dawn was constantly on hand to answer my questions. Mullis and Peake may not be the cheapest solicitors but to me you get what you pay for and for peace of mind it was all worth it. Communication was good and things were done in very timely manner.
