    Excellent service.

    I first contacted Hart Brown to put POA in place for my Dad. Belina was very helpful with this. Dad sadly passed away, Belinda was very empathic and understanding. Explained process for dealing with he estate in terms I could understand easily. Belinda was always at there to answer any queries promptly. When the house needed selling this was passed to Debbie Beswick who also dealt with everything in a friendly professional manner. At a difficult time I felt really supported by Belinda and Debbie. I would definitely recommend Hart Brown Godalming.

    Have used Hart Brown a number of times for Probate, Wills, Trusts and conveyancing matters. This time for conveyancing relating to property. Debbie provided an excellent service in guiding us down the pathways to completion of our purchase. Efficient completely open about costs which were, in any event, reasonable. Highly recommended.

    Property Purchase I cannot recommend Debbie Beswick enough. Her assistance with purchasing my property was second to none. Every query was dealt with swiftly & efficiently & I was never left waiting. My purchase was particularly time sensitive as I wanted to get my purchase through in time to benefit from the stamp duty saving and Debbie did everything within her power to help achieve this goal.     Great professionalism

    Debbie Beswick handled the sale of a property which was the main asset of an estate of which I was executor. It was quite complex with probate issues and different law firms acting for the buyer and the housing association which was part owner. Debbie ensured the transaction was completed satisfactorily and in a timely manner.
